Named after a mention of a sneaker pimp in a Beastie Boys interview, Sneaker Pimps formed in 1995 in Hartlepool England. The sassy kitten singing is Kelli Dayton who was asked to leave the band shortly after this track was released. The band wanted one of the guys to sing.
