After Charlie 'Front Butt' Weis' comments yesterday from the depths of South Bend we realized it's never too early to plan those tailgate parties. Michigan is facing a little bit of an uphill climb this year. You can see they dropped Eastern Michigan after last year's 33-22 game ;)

Can Ypsi enact a law that keeps the rich drunk overpriviledged out-of-towners that behave badly after games within the city limits of Ann Arbor for their celebratory/belligerent post game dinners? Or at least out of Ypsi? It could be like an invisible fence. We'd only have to turn it on every few Saturdays.

They've discovered the Sidetrack. They're gettin too close man. I feel molested.

Truth be told, I was in Sottini's yesterday at lunch behind 3 U-M sorority girls. One was making mention that she LOVED Aubree's and it's unknown to all the U-M students and it's "Only like 10 minutes away". She then drew a blank on the name of "that awesome restaurant across the street where you can sit outside". I reminded her it was called Sidetrack. They then went back to talking and I have a feeling, listening to them, Depot Town WILL be seeing an influx of U-M Greeks next fall.

As for the Law? I know certain city council members and the mayor read these pages from time to time, you write it, we'll push it!

I heard UM was going to drop the Miami (OH) game -- in favor of Northeast South Dakota State -- to increase their (UM's) chances of being eligible for a bowl bid.

Of course, given the Appy State game....
