The Ann Arbor News has new information on the case against three Washtenaw County sheriffs who, depending upon your point of view, either used excessive force resulting in the needless death of Clifton Lee Jr., OR were simply carrying out their sworn duties. Sgt. Shawn Hoy and Deputy Eric Kelly and Joseph Eberle MAY have their trials delayed but all charges stem from this case. Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Hendricks who also was on the scene is not being charged and is expected to be a prosecution witness
