Former Eastern Michigan defensive back signs with Cleveland

Whadda ya know, Johnny checks out the news on his beloved Cleveland Browns to find out Jereme Perry has signed on. Perry is out of Saginaw and began at EMU in 2000, was injured and bounced back strong from what we remember to be a ruptured spleen. He was named EMU's most improved DB in 2003. He finished his Eastern Michigan football career with 121 tackles, 58 solo and 3 forced fumbles.

Perry spent last season with the Miami Dolphins but did play 2006 with the Browns, recording 12 tackles and recovering one fumble.
