According to the Ann Arbor News, McKaney will be sentenced for it December 11th. He'll face four years in prison and a $2,000 fine.

You remember Frederick McKaney don't you? The man who was arrested for assault with a deadly chicken?
If you are a regular Ypsi City Desk reader, you may recall Frederick's McKaney's assault first with a fork, and later on his mother's neighbor, with frozen chicken. Well friends, the frozen chickens have come home to roost. He has been charged with one count of felonious assault.
