Yeah, the one just up the way from Dom's and he swipes his card, pushes 87 grade, grabs the pump handle slides it into his tank and FOUR CENTS runs on the total. Johnny, friends, DID NOT touch, nor bump nor squeeze the trigger, he WATCHED four cents run up on the pump (Pump #1 for those scoring at home).
We're not saying the owners are crooked, we are saying that pump needs recalibrated BADLY. Four cents just adding itself to the total. Amazing. The extra four cents wasn't worth going in to claim it, or it would have been if Johnny didn't have a venue such as the YCD to rant on.
Things to think on before your next fill up...

That would be the one that my wife swears is "always cheaper" than anywhere else. She says they wait in line there.
Wouldn't you know it.
It seems weird to me that there are two BPs within two blocks of each other along Washtenaw. I prefer the Marathon across the street. There seems to be a mini price war there.
Well I'm not accusing them of chickanery, BUT my next gas purchase will be elsewhere....
Oh and to clear things up, and maybe I wasn't clear, the BP attached to the car wash
I'm pretty sure that station got in some trouble not too long ago during the gas price spike for advertising a lower price than they were charging. I work at the Lover's Lane next door and remember something shady going on. The station was completely closed for a day and looked like it was going away afterward, but opened right back up and put the signs back.
****The day of signs being down was after we heard something shady was up, not the shady event itself.
I should go to bed.
