The YCD just got a tip that a cyclist was hit by a car this morning near or in the Oakwood/Washtenaw intersection. Police are on the scene. No report yet as to the condition of the bicyclist.
Let's be careful people, keep an eye out for cyclists and you too cyclists, a red light means you stop, NOT proceed through the lights or stop signs just because you're on a bike and it's not motorized. Pardon the bad play on words but it's a two way street....
