In Starbucks this morning two manly men were discussing using cranes to bring in air conditioning rooftop units which would mean blocking off Liberty. One said something and the other said it had to be done today as "The're a $5,000 road closing fee".
We had no reason to doubt the man. 5 large to close a street in Ann Arbor. You learn something new every day
