This is Harvey Danger, who had a huge hit with 'Flagpole Sitta' a few years back. This is a cover of a classic English Beat song, 'Save it for Later', and was used in the movie '200 Cigarettes' - this video for the movie features the band. It's one of the rare cases of a cover working on a completely different level from the original - and working well.
