Late night open thread

Apparently, our friends over at the FOX teevee in discussing the recent revival of the idea of Lincoln-Douglas style debates, felt they needed some kind of graphic to show a picture of the debaters for the US Senate in 1858. Yep, there's Abraham Lincoln and there's, wait, what the? Is that FREDERICK DOUGLASS and not STEPHEN DOUGLAS?

Looking back in American history we think it's safe to say in 1858, Frederick Douglass wasn't running for US Senate.
