That's because men in kilts don't wear underpants and Saline is gonna have kilts all over downtown for the Highland Games Masters World Championships which will be downtown in Mill Pond Park.
To prep folks into getting into a haggis state of mind, Thursday will have free rugby matches at Henne Field beginning at 5:30 pm. Friday brings Gaelic football, again at Henne Field but on Friday starting at 7:00 pm.
Saturday brings the big names and the big games; Hammer throw, stone put, sheaf and caber toss will all be contested. Festival goers can also expect fiddling championships and dance troupes all day Saturday.
Sadly, there will be no Scotch drinking contest...
