Because EVERYONE enjoys fireworks. Screw the law on fireworks in Michigan. Open your windows near July 4th and just listen how well it works. Just pass a "your fault" law that says any fireworks accidents are YOUR fault, you can't sue. We need to stop being such wussies about fireworks in Michigan.

I've just had a work colleague tell me this looks like a LOT of fun!
My husband remarked that fireworks like these are based on black powder, which was used in Civil War ammo also.
He said that explains the clouds of smoke that obscure each side of the firework folks, and that obscured Civil War battles shortly after shooting started.
Very interesting. I'll also admit to liking that black powder smell.
