Then the Ann Arbor News has a contest for YOU! That's right the Ann Arbor News is having a diorama/peeps contest. You remember dioramas from school, shoeboxes that in a sad pathetic way show some piece of history or science tidbit.
Maybe you want to show Peeps in a boat crossing the Delaware with George Peep Washington, maybe you want to show Peeps landing on the Moon, or maybe you want to show intern peeps being brow beaten and having things thrown at them in a faux shoebox YCD office. The choice is yours and here now the rules and regulations:
MONDAY is the deadline, click HERE for full rules
* Make a diorama - a three-dimensional scene - using Peeps.
* Take a picture of your work and send it to us at contests@annarbornews.com. You can also mail it to Peeps Contest c/o Ann Arbor News, 340 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, 48106. Don't send us any Peeps.
* Only one entry per person, but everyone in your household can play.
* We'll choose the best among two categories: adult and children 14-and-under. Prizes will be awarded to the best Peep show in each category. Winners will be chosen from entrants from the Ann Arbor News coverage area.
* All entries must be received by Monday. Winners will be published in The Ann Arbor News on March 13.
* Be sure to include your name, phone number, age and hometown.
* Decisions made by The Ann Arbor News are final.
* Questions can be directed to Dave Holzman at dholzman@annarbornews.com or 734-994-6837.
