EMU is not discussing why they placed Janice Stroh, vice president for business and finance, on paid adminstrative leave, citing privacy statutes. If this is a personal matter fine, we're not in the business of embarrassing people over personal matters, however, if it's something more serious and involves the university we will find out why and report back on this.
Todd Ohmer, assistant to the vice president, will be handling the daily operations.

I doubt it is personal seeing the leave is "paid". This will be interesting when the real reason gets out.
See when I read PLACED on leave I knew something was hinky but didn't want to jump on it if it turned out to be a personally embarassing thing.
If it's a dereliction of some kind with EMU you bet we'll report it. All EMU adminstrators had better realize we're watching them like hawks anymore after the Laura Dickinson case.
Don't forget, Stroh was the person placed in charge of overseeing all campus security. She's the boss the EMU police ultimately have to answer to.
Oh boy
