Now there's an attention grabbing headline eh? Fact is, it's true.
Michigan State Police had to taser a guy wandering naked on and alongside I-94, eastbound at Stone School last night around 7:20pm.
The man would not respond to police commands (imagine that, naked guy on highway has other plans than listening to cops) and so police, for his safety as well as those who may have had to swerve to avoid him, tased him.
The 21 year old man was taken to Michigan Medical Center for a psych eval.

I wonder how many drivers whizzing by at 80+ mph thought he was a deer?
Ah yes, the old bi-pedal male deer with no antlers ruse.
A master criminal this one!
The man would not respond to police commands
Well, now, it depends on what those police commands were. If the police command was "HEY! You put on this Colorful Stretch Terry Coordinate This Instant," then, you can't fault the guy for declining.
Yeah, I think I'd take a tasing over wearing that awful garment.
This is an incident that should worry all of us.
Tasers are intended as a substitute for DEADLY force, and in most places they can only be used as such. I can't imagine that, lacking Tasers, the State Police would have shot this guy.
Would the State Police really have us believe that it was necessary to resort to such a measure to subdue a drunk guy?
