Bomber. No competition. Best breakfast - period.

Where else can you have a breakfast that will immediately require you to head to a cardiac unit?

This thread can end now.

I lived in Ypsi for 13 years and never went to the Bomber, can you believe it? Johnny, I believe that may have to be an order of business next time I get back to visit. Will let you know.

Oh we're there Trixie. glimmertwinfan is right, it's a breakfast like no other. I also like the bacon at Harvest Moon Cafe. Sure every place serves bacon but theirs has always been spot perfect each time I've had it. Just right on the crispy scale. Used to love Steve's Lunch on University and go get the Be Bim Bop (with egg). That was a good one too.

When I used to live in Ypsi, Tio's Mexican Cafe had awesome breakfast. Meaty Huevos = win.

I have been to the Harvest Moon Cafe and I enjoyed it. I made the mistake of going during the after church crowd which detracted from it a little.

The Bomber started off a good choice because my kids enjoyed the airplanes and other decorations. And as many know, if you get young kids to go along with the program, it makes everything that much better.

I have always liked places with a story to tell, or something unique about them. This goes for bars, restaurants, just about anything.

I am not a frequent breakfast guy - too much breakfast makes too much me, but I enjoy the Texas skillet they offer (w/out gravy). Recently they offered a "reduced size" which only adds to my guilt because I continue to get the "full order". Nice thing about that is that by the time dinner rolls around, I am still not hungry.

I have only been to Tios for dinner, years ago. It is another place that is always on our radar, it's just that we seem not to go there. I will have to give it another try.
