Superior Township kids get a raw deal, I see. Dusk is about 7:50 p.m. these days. And houses are generally more spread out than in Ypsi. Poor kids.
They'll all come into the city of is my guess. Earlier hours, less walking
I think it's pretty funny how the local Gov't tries to make rules they can't inforce. Isn't it up to the parents what time their kid's are out trick or treating, are they going to arrest the kids that are out after the dead line, or how about going out too early. I live in Ypsilanti and would think the time spent on deciding what hours kids can go trick or treating, would be better spent on real issues, like what they are going to do when they don't get a income tax. Oh yeah they decided they are going to cut police and fire services. Well at least we still have nice parks!
