Why not drop down to Depot Town and check out the dozens of classic cars on Cross Street? Plenty to see and do and some friendly car owners willing and eager to answer all your questions. You need not be a motorhead to enjoy this one.
After you work up an appetite walking down memory lane, Aubree's and Sidetrack will be happy to quench your thirst and fill your stomach. It's a great cheap night out.

The car shows are a drag. Ask a Depot Town business owner how much the car enthusiasts add to their businesson Thursdays and I bet 9 out ot 10 will say "zero." Further, the car shows mean that regular customer can't park close to the businesses they normally frequent. It's a mess. The car shows benefit the car enthusiasts.

I right like wandering through the tailfins myself.
Maybe we can use this as a chance to ENCOURAGE folk to drop by a restaurant or watering hole.
Got that cheapskates? Grab a brew, help local businesses, they're OUR neighbors
Agreed Johnny. I've lived in Ypsi for 10 years now and regularly go to depot town for the car shows. If it weren't for the car shows I would never have stumbled across Cady's menu after they changed cooks. I can recall Cady's being a simple bar food burgers and deep fried flingers kind of place. Now it's borderline gourmet.
And I'm fairly certain that 9 out of 10 business owners would report increases in sales on Thursday nights. If for nothing else 9 out of 10 businesses in Depot Town are owned by the French family who are the ones that help put on the car show.
Hey welcome hotlunch
Yes, I guess I did forget to mention Cady's in this post. They have exxcellent food as well
