US23 around Milan heading north will be a parking lot. MDOT, once again is inconveniencing the local populace with laggard road work. It's behind schedule and it WILL cost you some time coming into town on Saturday.
When you drive by the workers on Saturday tell them Johnny says hurry the hell up
