According to reports he turned himself in last night around 9pm to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department.
Cmdr. Dave Egeler also said two of Frye's brothers were taken into custody today on 'unrelated matters'.
One brother was arrested after a short scuffle at the Red Roof Inn Ann Arbor. All brothers will likley be arragined tomorrow in a family arraignment moment sure to make anyone proud.

Don't believe everything you read in the papers. The 28 year old didn't acquire any new warrants since the police started talking to him a few days ago. Also, I spoke with witnesses of the arrest of the 29 year old brother and they said the idea that he charged a detective is a crock of crap. Word is, the cops snuck up behind him and threw him to the ground in front of his kids. Pretty hard to "charge a cop that is behind you after he's thrown you to the ground. It looks like the cops believed that the brothers knew the location of their brother and wouldn't cough him up. Their response was "we have a lawyer, talk to him." The lawyer was already in the midst of negotiating terms for the surrender of Adonis, when this "non-related" arrest went down. Arresting and roughing up the brothers seemed to be meant to speed up the surrender process, and it worked. Adonis was at the Sheriff's office within the hour.
Now that Adonis is in custody, maybe the sheriffs can try and concern themselves with who burnt the middle brothers house to the ground the night of the shooting.
Concerned citizen--I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE with you that they should NOW (and better should have been already) looking for who firebombed the brothers house. It's GUTLESS, DISGRACEFUL, and should meet serious serious punishment. Not long ago there was a case like that where a small child died when a revenge firebombing took place. Thank god the brother got his family out first. Hopefully they'll get a better day in court than it sounds like the police gave them. There's no excuse for the physical abuse AT ALL. I'd also agree too often police resort to physical or other means to subdue someone when PROBABLY asking might have lessened the tension. I've seen people arrested around town once or twice and for sure once I know a calm voice would have played better than drill sergeant. I will say if the brothers had VALID warrants hey, police have used that tactic for decades and I don't have a problem with it IF the warrants are VALID.

One of the brothers had a valid warrant and he is no longer in custody. Ironically, the brother with a clean record is still in custody, and it does not appear as if any charges will be made. He is expected to be released today and Adonis is to be arraigned this afternoon.
Well then I'd say the 'arrest' of the brother without a vaild warrant was utter crap.

Johnny I am glad to see that you recongnize that this was a serious situation. I was infuriated at the beginning of this blog because it seemed that trixie & you were making light of the situation. I am a close (extremely close) witness to this whole situation. It was straight bs that went down at the hotel and as far as Adonis is concerned, he is a life saver and NOT A MURDERER!!!!!! There are babies involved in this case whose lives were in danger. To anyone else who has something to say, check yourself. What you read and/or hear is raley the WHOLE truth, let alone any truth at all. So research before passing judgement.
I dont think you should make such comments regarding someone with out reseaching and having some facts first. To just talk without knowledge it would seem like ignorace. Adonis is the kind of person that his family can be and are proud of, he is a caring , loving, fun, non voilent, lover of life , love God, easy gong young man. He is caring and fun. He likes to make people laugh and smile. He had been there for so many people to show his caring deep loving personality. He has helped mamy termianlly ill people. He loved on elderly people and has done things for them , when no one eles would. He can be seen at a dyying loved ones beside helping them remeber the great times and helping them smile one more time, he is known to help a cancer patient who would not get up or come out of their bedroom , to go over make them smile , carry them out of their bedroom to enjoy one more day of sunshine. He was at his uncles bedside when he died praising God with him holding his hand and praying with him to God. He was their with his friend and their family when they lost a brother, he helped the friend through their loss. He was there with a friend through the loss of there infant child untill they could make it one their own again. He was at his baby girls side when whe was attacked by a dog , at the hospital at her side. His father died in his arms of a heart attack. He is fast to comfort you it dont matter if you are 88 years old or if you smell of cancer he will spend time with you love on you help you and make you smile. Adonis had to make a decison, he was in fear, terror for this he has saved his life, and others. Just be blessed that you or no one in your family never is faced with having to make that kind of decision. And yes his familly is proud of the kind of person Adonis is...............they know his heart and the kind of person he is...I hope you or no one in your family never have to go through what Adonis and his family have had to go through. Be Blessed, and find wisdom before you write a comment on someone or there families.
Anonymous, I know you know the truth. You will know who I am if you think about it. Don't listen to half the stuff written on this blog, these people are only making statements off half information. They only know what they hear on the news and read in the paper. But you are completly correct when you said for them to find wisdom before you write a comment on someone or there families. How dare we feel sorry for someone who thought it was okay to shot a man an leave him for dead. lets not forget the two of them were like family remember? No Punkin was no angel who is?,however neither was adonis lets not forget how they once hung. They were boys.Can you honestly say he is not gulity of the many things people want to say punkin was guilty for. Punkins di not deserve to be gunned down in the streets regardless to how you felt about his life. He was a father, a son, and a friend to many. I think adonis deserves life in prison. Pumkin had good like all , but he shot at and tried to kill many. He had many in fear of their lives. He had Adonis of fear of his life and others. He would not of shot pumkin accept he was terrified of his own life. Pumkin shot at him on several times before so he knew pumkin would kill him. Yes it is sad he cant right his wrongs. Some he had many he had not. But should someone be punished for saving their own life? And only saved it out of fear of not only their life but their families? Pumkin shot at a man and his family member befor when he went to prison. He shot and chased down more then a few men chasing them down trying to kill them, so you know Adonis was in fear. I am not saying pumkin didnt have family an friends that cared for him, but all of them know the scary side of pumkin too. I feel that pumkin had sometype of problem from the changes he went through as a young child that caused him damage he just couldnt get through. No fault of no one, it was just how life happened. It caused him to have a violent streak that he could not control. A loss of life is and always should be a last resort, but out of fear, or in a corner ones fear of their life or their families life........it is sad for both families....sad punkin is gone and sad Adonis is punished for surviving. It is so sad for both families, all the children both parents. They both have beautiful children, they both have parents and families....I will pray for both families, that outsiders will let the two families heal
pumkin was kind of a friend of mine, well as much as a friend as one could say pumkin could be. We hung together and did things, but I will say that Adonis was nothing like pumkin at all. pumkin was a straight goon and a killer. And I know that pumkin was planning on killing adonis because he was jealous of him. I witnessed all the things that adoins did for pumkin and for me. adonis tried to show pumkin a better way and stoped pumkin from doing many other things, bad things. adonis did hang around, but he would not get involved with the dirt that pumkin was into. adonis was the only one that wasnt afraid of pumkin, and in the end I lost two of my homies, adonis to prision and pumkin to the grave. and if i could change anything, it would be that adonis would not have to have been the one to do it, but he had no choice, it was going to be him alive or pumkin alive, and GOD made the right choice that morning. Like I said, pumkin was my boy, but my life and I know many others have said " life has been better without him here, including his baby's mama's, but may he rest in peace, and ONE LOVE TO ADONIS!!!!!!!!!!
Amen to Darkman for speaking the truth about all of this nonsence. I am so happy someone else can bear witness to the TRUTH!!!! In NO way am I down playing the life that was lost but (and there always is a but) "You live by the gun, you die by the gun", right??
