First off, the Top of the Park will STAY at Ingalls Mall off of East Washington. "We were quite overwhelmed by the community's positive response to our being at Ingalls Mall," Robb Woulfe, festival director said in a press release. "In making our decision to stay, we felt that the greener, more open space provided us an opportunity to grow our event through new outdoor programs and expanded artistic offerings ... There's just so much more potential at this beautiful location."
Traffic is backed up at US 23 on Westbound I-94 this morning as a semi has hit the ditch.
Also a clerk at the Shell gas station at 3240 Washtenaw (Arborland) pulled a handgun on some customers he got into an argument with. The 20 year old man was arrested after the customers in question complained and police searched the premesis and found the gun in question.
