Perfect day for the grill

And make book on it, Johnny IS gonna be firing up the coals later. Maybe a nice spice rub on some ribs or perhaps a slathering of Jack's BBQ sauce on some chicken. What about you, what makes your BBQ great?

My favourite things to grill are:
Teriyaki Flank Steak
Tandoori (style) chicken &
Salmon.
I am also one of those charcoal freaks. Gas grills confuse, and terrify, me.

That sounds tasty, real tasty. Last night were spicy chicken italian sausages on toasted buns with peppers and onions. Tonight an old favorite, cheeseburgers with gorgonzola cheese.
